Best way to change your self!?

hey, im a naturally all around good person. The only thing is. is that I kinda have a bad life. Having this bad home life kinda makes me seem stressed and tired all the time in school. How can I change my attitude towards school? Like to seem more peppy and a happy person. Plus I dont just want to act so please some real advice!Best way to change your self!?I dont think anyone can ever change themselves. What you can do is change some of your habits. You will be who you are, always, no matter how hard you try to hide it. Even if you can hide it for a while, it will be killing you inside from pain and suffering for being a fake, so enentualy you'll have to give it up and just do what your heart tells you (be yourself) or you'll die from suffering. I think that if you have a problem with your own behavior and motivation you just have to think about your future and consequences of that behavior and based on that decide what you are going to do with your life. See what you prefer!!

Instead of thinking about the negatives, stay possitive. For every bad thought, think of 5 good thoughts. When you wake up in the morning, think to yourself %26quot; this is a good day, nothing can bring me down%26quot;.



Dont listen to the chick below me, obviously she has some major depression/mental issues. I use the same advice that i gave you and it helps me stay happy. I didnt say %26quot;act%26quot; like you are happy, but if you keep your thoughts positive it will definantly help you be happy because your not filling your head with depressing or bad stuff (you'd end up like the chick below me, nobody wants to be like that lol)
Don't listen to the first comment. There is no God, no creater other than the star we see everyday, and nothing to believe in.

I'm sorry. XD. I'm very upset right now. Here's something important though: Just try to appreciate the little things in life. When there's no homework and there's nothing terrible wrong, smile. It'll help a lot.

But don't act. Don't force yourself to smile. I tried it. Doesn't work.



Edit: Don't listen to Nikki either. It's very very very hard to be grateful for the things we have. And forcing yourself to list things and having trouble with it can be even more depressing. These idiots get these little tips out of cereal boxes for the mentally depressed.....
